Bambu-Tambus, (also called Stamping Tubes) are lengths of bamboo, open at one end, and struck against one another or against a stone. The pitch is determined by length. They are played almost anywhere that bamboo grows, but are played with exceptional mastery in The Solomon Islands. They are deceptively simple.
